Shipping policy
At VEIRA, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to Spain and selected countries across Europe.
Within Spain, we ship to mainland Spain and Mallorca.
We also ship to:
- Portugal
- France
- Germany
- Italy
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
Free shipping is available within mainland Spain. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and displayed during checkout.
At this time, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any other international destinations not listed above.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service or circumstances beyond VEIRA's control.
Shipping Information
Before completing your purchase, we recommend checking that all shipping information is accurate and complete.
VEIRA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping addresses or contact details provided by the customer.
Once an order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address or cancel the order if it has already entered the preparation process.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
